Here’s a little update on what we’re doing to help you get through lock-down and ready for Christmas. Rest assured we’ll be doing everything we can to get your presents under the tree in time safely. Happy Christmas and a high hopes for a brighter year ahead.
How are you looking after your workers?
We are a one-woman band at the moment. It's just me on my lonesome picking and packing your orders and delivering them to the Post Office so luckily I only need to look after myself, which is handy.

How are you making postal deliveries safe?
The current advice is that it is safe to receive parcels, although we do recommend washing your hands after handling one. If you would like us to add specific 'safe place' instructions please write these in the notes section when you choose your delivery method.
How are you making local deliveries safe?
These deliveries are made by myself. I wash my hands and use sanitiser before handling the parcels and I wear a mask when handling parcels. If you order something which is too big to fit through your letterbox and do not want me to knock on the door please include instructions on where to leave your parcel in the notes section.

I wash my hands and use sanitiser before handling the parcels and I wear a mask when handling parcels. Your order will be left with a label in the porch at the front of our premises. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Are you still delivering?
We are still sending out parcels but these may sometimes take longer than usual to reach you. We dispatch within 24 hours but cannot be held responsible for any delays within the postal service. We use Royal Mail for all postal deliveries.
Local deliveries are made within 24hours (usually less).
Collection orders are usually ready within an hour (Mon-Fri 9-5)
Are all your products still available?
Things are a little unpredictable at the moment, but we’re working closely with our suppliers to maintain stock levels. It helps that all of our products are made in Britain but as most of our suppliers are small businesses they have their own challenges with childcare, dispatch etc.
How are you looking after your suppliers?
We are maintaining responsibility for our commitments and will not be changing payment terms or asking our suppliers for discounts. We are also not pressurising our suppliers with deadlines but letting them set their own timeframes.
